****UPDATE**** I just received a package that the mail man dropped off inside were two XBox 360 Controllers woohoo..(oh wait don’t get to excited) they are the same damn controllers I sent in for repair and they weren’t even repaired same two buttons are stuck… So still can’t even play my XBox 360 and still paying for XBox Live that I can’t even use….. ****END UPDATE****
Word of Advice: Buy your XBox 360 Console and Accessories from like BestBuy and purchase their extended warranty so if something goes wrong you can just take to best buy and swap it out on the spot… If you send in to Microsoft for Repair you may not received it back from those thieves.
My console suddenly stopped working well the console itself was working just some reason all of a sudden the DVD Tray wouldn’t shut it was stuck open.. This is the 5th time this same issue has happened and 13th time had to send in my console all together.
I went to www.xbox.com and filled out a Service Request on my Console now had to wait a few days to receive the empty box and shipping label. During that time I was still able to play downloaded games stored on my hard drive and then 2 of my Black XBox 360 Controllers started acting up on 1 of them the Yellow Y Button would stick and take a few seconds to pop back out… The other controller the center XBox was stuck and wouldn’t come up at all.. (actually preventing me from turning off my console as would push button on the console and turns off but then immediately the controller would turn it back on.)
So I called 1-800-4-MYXBOX and talked to a lady explained my issues with my Controllers she said to send to the repair center at:

I asked since I was sending in my console for repair if I could put them in the same box and ship together. She said Yes (My bad I took that as the English definition of Yes) should have known since nobody at XBox Support really speaks English…. I then asked if I could get a Reference/Ticket Number to include with the package and also to keep for my records she said sure and gave me the Reference #: 1110517*** (last 3 digits removed for security). So when I shipped my Console and 2 Controllers to Microsoft I included a note stating that I already called customer care and was advised could send in my controllers and the reference number is: 1110517*** also included the fact that I demanded a Brand New console under the “Lemon Law” but no didn’t get a new console got a dirty refurbished system (couldn’t even clean it first)…
3 Weeks gone by and still haven’t gotten my Controllers back and so haven’t been able to play my console in over 3 weeks…. So I contact XBox Customer Care they check Reference # 1110517*** and nothing about Controllers… Then so I give them the reference ticket for my XBox Console repair hoping maybe the tech notated the controllers when received but nope nothing on there too…. So they said they put in a order for a replacement controller…. I said 1 I sent in two… And I got Bullshit response that because no notations of the controllers we can only send you one… Well you know what dipshits its not my fault your Employees are morons and don’t know how to do their job isn’t my fault and not gonna screw me out of a controller I spent $49.99 on…
So if I don’t get my controller back then ill just send you a Bill once you don’t pay it.. I’ll add late fee’s and collection charges and forward it to a outside collection agency and they can just call and harass you guys several times a day… And I will file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, Federal Trade Commission as well as I am going to go to the Police Department and file Criminal Charges for Theft since you plainly stole my controller….
