Come on Microcrap is it really so hard?   I send in my XBox 360 for the 9th time for the same exact issue well under United States Lemon Law I am suppose to get a Brand New one or a Full Refund.. Did they send me a new one NOPE… further more I just went to UPS.com to track the status of my console to get “THE APARTMENT NUMBER IS MISSING OR IS INCORRECT.”   So Microcrap forgot to put my Apartment number on the package….   I call UPS and they want to charge me $6 to fix address so can get my XBox 360 back..
