This is just a Suggestion from Personal Experience I would never Bank with Navy Federal Credit Union they are run by a bunch of Morons… I have been a victim of Identity Theft since 2000 when I got out of the Military traveling via Greyhound Bus they lost all my luggage. Went to switch Buses in Kansas and went to get my Luggage from under bus but wasn’t there… Bags had all my Military Discharge Papers (DD214) which pretty much has a persons entire life history… Since then crap getting on my credit report I dispute all the stuff that isn’t mine and for every 1 thing I get deleted 4 more popup… Well come Middle of 2008 credit has for most part been cleared up and I have a Extended Fraud Alert on my Credit Report (what is a extended fraud alert it means that any creditor is suppose to call me on number listed on the fraud alert to verify that it is in fact me applying before extending credit) well come middle of 2008 I went to apply for home loan and come to find out there are 2 $5,000 Maxed out Credit Cards from Navy Federal Credit Union in my Name that I Never Applied for, Never Received, Never Used…. So go home check my bank account and sure enough there is 2 Credit Cards on my NFCU Account and they have been stealing money for the past 6 months out of my Checking Account to pay for these 2 Fraudulent Credit Cards…. I have now been working for over a year and a half now to get these cleared up and removed from my Credit Report as trying to buy a house but nobody will give me a loan with this $10,000 in Debt that fucking isn’t even mine… I have opened Police Reports sent them to Navy Federal Credit Union… Navy Federal Credit Union has failed to show me proof that these are in fact my debts I have requested numerous times them Fax or Mail me a copy of the Signed Application but nope haven’t sent me anything… WHY? Lets see cause they don’t have a application with my signature since I never applied for the damn things……. So I now gave them 10 Business Days to supply me with said signed application or to immediately remove from my Account, Credit Report and Refund me all the payments for the past like 2 years or I will be filling a Lawsuit under the Fair Credit Reporting Act… Well they now have 24 hours left but since court house is closed on weekends they got until 9am Monday Morning… I have also submitted my story to numerous news agencies who are willing to play my story on the news… So if not resolved in 24 hours expect to see them on the News as well….

If you to have had any problems with Navy Federal Credit Union please let me know…

UPDATE: Sent numerous messages through the Online Messaging System and was told to call “Ms. Sherman in our Card Fraud Prevention department. You may contact her directly at 703-206-3504″ I would call at 7am PST before I went to work in the morning every day which would be 10am EST their time I would always get a voicemail for Ms. Sherman I would leave a message including my Name, Access Number and whats regarding… Then when I get home from work I would have a voicemail left at 9am my time or 12pm their time saying they need to hear from me by 4:30pm EST today which is only 1:30pm PST come on now to expect me to call by that time is just rediculous…… Then friday July 31st I came home to a voicemail saying that they need to talk to me by August 3rd or will not be able to help me… Well I called them back on that day and of course voicemail, called saturday voicemail called sunday voicemail, called money the 3rd and of course voicemail…. So then sick of the god damn phone tag I sent another message through their online message system and now they are refusing to help me at all because I wasn’t able to get ahold of anyone by August 3rd… well if the damn lady answered the phone when called wouldn’t have a problem or transfered the case to someone else that is available to talk to me… So I then checked the messaging center today and got this response “Navy Federal has received your message. As of 5:00 p.m. ET, 3 August, as previously advised, we can no longer assist you in this matter. Thank you for using Navy Federal’s eMessaging service.”

I swear company is run by a bunch of morons.

Not to mention this other message that was in account…

I swear Navy Federal has a bunch of morons working for them.. when someone files a Lawsuit against you and a Judge orders an injunction barring you from calling the defendant doesn’t mean lets call them more like daily and call him also while at work… $50,000 fine per violation and I would say they are already at a cool $7,000,000 in violations alone the trial hasn’t even started yet…

UPDATE 11/29/2009

I sent a copy of my Police Report to all 3 National Credit Bureaus and requested a Security Freeze put on my Credit File so this cannot happen again and nobody would be able to even run my credit.. Well I guess they automatically launched a investigation as I get a letter from Equifax stating that their investigation is complete and one of the Fraudulent Credit Cards has been DELETED from my Credit File. Then yesterday I got a letter from TransUnion that they received notification from one of the other National Credit Bureaus about Fraudulent Activity and as a Courtesy they launched a investigation which is now complete and then shows that the same credit card has been DELETED from my TransUnion file.. So now just need to get the other Fraudulent Card removed from all 3 and this other one removed from Experian… Though I still get calls daily from Navy Federal Credit Union and they threatening to Repo my Car? Can they even do that as these are Fraudulent Credit Cards.. I never applied for, never received, never used… I never signed a single sheet of paper agreeing to these credit cards let alone any collateral clause……..

***UPDATE 05/25/2010*** I just received a letter from Equifax they finally removed the last fraudulent Navy Federal Credit Union from my credit report.. So now just gotta get it from from TransUnion and Experian.

Paypal really needs to change their name its a form of false advertisement it really should be Not-A-Pal.com or StealYourMoney.com

Well at 2:30 checked my paypal account and said I had well over $100 in my account so took my wife and kids out to Red Lobster for late lunch/early dinner… Got there ate dinner got our bill for $56.91 well under the $100+ in my Paypal account gave the waitress my Paypal Debit Card came back as declined… So wife gave them hers came back declined.. I called Paypal sent me to their Debit Card department who said there was a restriction on my card needed to verify some recent transactions so verified the transactions. The gentlemen told me he lifted the restriction, so got off the phone gave lady card again.. again declined.. So called back she said the last guy forgot to press okay on two of the transactions she said she lifted the restriction. (Kept her on the line while I had lady run card again) again declined.. She said she doesn’t know why she removed the restriction… Advised me to call Customer Service department… So call them lady I got told me the department I needed to talk to was closed on the weekends to call back on Monday I said ya that won’t work at redlobster already ate need it fixed NOW… So demanded to be transfered to a Supervisor after about a a hour hold (phone showed about 10% battery life left) so I went out to my vehicle plugged in my cell phone.. Get a supervisor he says that $60 put on hold so my available balance was only $39.28… So had no money to pay the tab so had to call my sister to borrow $30 to pay the tab… She had to run to bank first to withdraw the money so had to wait… So told my wife that since boys are getting restless to go ahead go home and have my sister give me a ride home.. Few minutes later wife calls that damn car won’t start…. (guess my 5 minutes of charging my cell phone without the engine started drained the battery)… So had to find someone with jumper cables……

So over all I had a really shitty day…. which now cant take my brother-in-law out to the movies for his birthday since paypal stole $63.29 without any reason or they are not telling me a reason…..

So in short PAYPAL GO FUCK YOURSELVES……..

Okay sick of turning on the TV and seeing stuff about Michael Jacksons death and about Memorials for him… Why is everyone celebrating the life of a Child Molester ? I see it this way now the Children of this World are a Little Safer…
