Digital Mayhem

I sent in my XBox 360 for Repair and Microcrap says I supposedly reported it Lost/Stolen back in March even though never reported it lost/stolen so obviously they got someone elses serial number mixed up with mine and falsely marked mine as lost/stolen instead of theirs or something.  They are refusing to send me my XBox 360 back so I filled a Better Business Bureau dispute so hopefully that gets it resolved otherwise will have to file a Lawsuit..

UPDATE 12/13/2009 = Still received nothing…
